Aaron Savin Aaron brings more than two decades of commercial leasing and development services to ECHO. He has conducted successful rollouts of Western Pennsylvania area stores for Pier 1 Imports, Michaels, Best Buy, Office Max, Five Below and ULTA and has overseen disposition efforts for K-Mart and Giant Eagle throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. Aaron assisted in the development and leasing of several major shopping centers including Montour Church at the Pointe, Plaza at the Point and Cranberry Square. Since joining ECHO he has overseen the leasing of over 2,000,000 square feet of shopping center space. Aaron currently represents Dick’s Sporting Goods in 15 states, and oversees representation of over 30 retailers in various territories out of ECHO’s two offices. |

Jay Murphy Jay Murphy joined ECHO in 2002, bringing over 10 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in both tenant and landlord representation throughout the eastern United States. On the tenant side, Jay exclusively represents national retailers including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods, Dollar Tree Stores and Office Depot. Prior to joining ECHO, Jay started his real estate career with Grubb & Ellis in Pittsburgh. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and received his BA in the College of Arts and Sciences. Jay is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is on the planning Committee for Pittsburgh's Idea Exchange. |

Paul Gold Paul joined ECHO Retail in 2008, opening an Indianapolis office with partner Christian Conville. Prior to joining ECHO, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Leasing for Premier Properties, an Indianapolis-based development company. As a founding member of Premier Properties, he oversaw a portfolio in excess of six million square feet of retail property and was instrumental in cementing strong tenant relations with Target, JC Penney, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, TJ Maxx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bed Bath and Beyond, Michaels, DSW and Petsmart. In addition to managing a leasing staff of five brokers, Paul was responsible for procuring some of the biggest names in retailing to the companies’ properties including Target, JC Penney, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, TJ Maxx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels, Old Navy, Rave Theaters, Ross Dress For Less, Borders Books, Linens-N-Things, Circuit City, Designer Shoe Warehouse and PetSmart. In addition, Paul performed tenant representation services for Brinker International concepts including Chili’s, Macaroni Grill, On The Border and Maggiano’s and also served as tenant representative for Logan’s Roadhouse and Longhorn Steakhouse with their expansion in the state of Indiana. |

Christian Conville Christian joined ECHO Retail, along with his partner Paul Gold, in January 2008. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2000 when he joined an Indianapolis-based development company, Premier Properties USA, Inc. Christian started with Premier as a Sales and Leasing Agent and, during his eight year tenure, was promoted to Director of Leasing in 2005 and to Vice President of Leasing in 2007. His primary responsibilities included the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Leasing Department as well as assisting in the management of a retail portfolio exceeding six million square feet. Specializing in restaurants, mid-major anchors and specialty retailers, Christian has worked with national tenants such as Chili’s, Macaroni Grill, Logan’s Roadhouse, Red Robin, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Chico’s, ULTA Salons, Shoe Carnival, TJ Maxx, DSW, Dress Barn, Lane Bryant, Footlocker and many others. |

Jaimie Sakmar Jaimie Sakmar joined ECHO Retail in 2011 from Giant Eagle, where she was the Real Estate Manager for over four years. There she was responsible for site acquisition and development for their fuel station concept, GetGo, as well for managing their excess property portfolio and lease renewal program. Prior to her time at Giant Eagle, Jaimie was with Dollar Bank for five years as a Loan Officer in the Commercial Real Estate Department. On the tenant side, Jaimie represents national retailers including Five Below, Panda Express, Starbucks, Lifetime Fitness, Granite City Food & Brewery, Firebirds Grill, The Tile Shop, Dots, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses and Flix Brewhouse, as well as Mattress Firm, Rue 21 and Evolution Fitness in West Virginia. She is a graduate of Allegheny College where she received her BA in Managerial Economics. |

Mark McCall Mark joined the ECHO Retail team in 2011, bringing with him over six years of retail site acquisition and development experience. Prior to joining ECHO, Mark was Real Estate Manager for Armstrong Development Properties, Inc. where he represented several national retail chains and financial institutions, including CVS Pharmacy and Huntington National Bank. He currently provides market analysis and site acquisition services for clients such as Giant Eagle, Giant Eagle Express and GetGo. Mark is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |

Robyn Smart Robyn joined ECHO Retail in February of 2013. Prior to joining ECHO, Robyn worked as a retail broker at CB Richard Ellis and Lee & Associates, serving as both a tenant and landlord representative. On the tenant side, she is actively working with DXL/Casual Male, Bagger Dave’s Burger Tavern, Matt the Miller’s Tavern, Toppers Pizza, Zoup!, Gigi’s Cupcakes, and Sola Salon Studios. Robyn’s past landlord clients include institutional investors, special servicers, and local developers, and she currently maintains a portfolio of listings in Central Indiana. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis. |

Yvonne Ewing Yvonne joined ECHO Retail in September of 2007. Prior to joining ECHO, Yvonne worked as a real estate coordinator at Giant Eagle. Her primary responsibility is the retail leasing of the ECHO Realty Portfolio. ECHO Realty's portfolio totals more than 7.5 million square feet and currently includes over 150 properties located primarily in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland and West Virginia. In addition, Yvonne represents landlords such as Dividend Capital, Black Oak Associates, Kimco, and Widewaters. Yvonne is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
